📌 GRADING
Just a heads-up, I don’t grade pins myself. I work with a trusted manufacturer who’s well-known in the pin world. Since these are handmade, small blemishes or imperfections can happen. Nothing major, just something to keep in mind while shopping!
📦 SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on how hectic things get with my day job. I truly appreciate your patience and support! 💕
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once a package is in USPS hands, I’m not responsible for delays or lost packages, but feel free to reach out if you run into any issues, and I’ll do my best to help.
🎨 DESIGNS
Every design in my shop is either fully approved by the original creators or purchased directly from the talented artists I work with. I never steal or repost art without permission. 💖
🔁 RETURNS / EXCHANGES
I don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with a defect. Since most pins are limited edition, replacements may not always be available, but if there’s ever an issue, just reach out and I’ll do what I can! 💕
